Russell Global 1000™, Global 2000™ and Global 3000™ Indexes The Russell Global 1000, Global 2000 and Global 3000 Indexes are highly liquid and tradable indexes derived from the Russell Global Index. The indexes are defined as follows: Russell Global 1000 Index: the 1000 largest stocks by market cap in the Russell Global Large Cap Index. Russell Global 2000 Index: the largest 2000 stocks by market cap in the Russell Global Small Cap Index. Russell Global 3000 Index: a combination of the Russell Global 1000 and 2000 Indexes.
