Index Calculator troubleshooting
You may not be able to access the calculator for the following reasons. The calculator may be restricted due to security settings at your firm or a pop-up blocker may be installed on your computer.
- If you have a pop-up blocker on your computer, press and hold the CTRL key as you click the start button. The preferences in the pop-up blocker can be modified to remember specific sites to allow pop-up windows to launch.
- If you do not have a pop-up blocker installed, most likely there are access restrictions set up at your firm. Notify the web security or technical area of your company for access. They will need the following information: IP Address for the load balanced server - 216.34.94.238. DNS - component.russell.com.
